On Sunday

This Sunday at Illuminate, I will be sharing my story. A story of my life before Jesus.

And will conclude with how I met Jesus. That is the best part of all.

Last Sunday when Dan preached on grace...on who God really is and what His son Jesus did for us on the cross...I was moved to tears. During worship I could barely sing as I was overwhelmed by emotion. God saved my soul from a horrible death. A death I deserved!!! Yet Jesus, His only son who was completely without sin died in my place. I did nothing to deserve it.

And that is the truth friends. We can do nothing to deserve God's forgiveness. He gives it to us for free if we truly believe that Christ died for us and seek His forgiveness.
