This is what we had to drive in this morning. I am not a fan of rain. I really, really hate the rain. I know we need it, but I hate it. Can I say I hate it enough?
Madi was pretty excited about it. She kept saying "shower, shower" in the car. She is so freaking cute I know!
On Wednesday night my friend hosted a Holiday Open House and it was so freaking fun! So fun that I didn't take any pictures. But let me tell you about it. So the party started at 7pm and I arrived a little early to help set up and get things ready so the girls could play with the products. After they arrived and grabbed some grub, we had them sit down and went through a quick but thorough presentation about the products and the company.
The girls actually interacted and asked questions and were really interested! I mean, they looked like they had fun! We played a game (with chocolate of course) and anyone who asked a question about the products received one chocolate. Anyone who asked a question about the business received two. And our friend Liz won the game! So we gave her a mini Aromatherapy Awaken body scrub....which by the way is delicious!
Anyway, the party was a blast and we had a good time and people got to shop and eat and pick out stuff that they wanted for Christmas. I am hosting another one at my house on the 5th, so I will try to take pictures at that one too. No promises anymore. Apparently I suck at them.
Madison has fallen in love with the computer and I found her doing this:
Yes that is Forever21.com you see on my computer. I guess they start young! Just kidding. I was planning on placing an order with them but I walked away for a little bit and my daughter saw her chance! For her I usually shop ath OldNavy.com for clothes. They have $5 shipping no matter how big your order is, so I am all about ordering her clothes from there. And they have some of the cutest things I have EVER seen. I want to get her some cute uggs to wear outside since it is so cold. In fact I think I want some Ugg boots for myself. Those things are cute and I am late to jump on the bandwagon. Need to shop.
Stayed home yesterday with Madi since she had developed another cold after going to the Doctor's on Tuesday. I swear, I really hate cold/flu season. Because you know that once Madi gets a cold, it is only a matter of time before mommy gets a cold. And that sucks. Because I cannot funtion at all when I am sick. All I want to do is sleep and I can't, because I have too many things to do! Aaaaargh. I am already getting upset just thinking about it.
Oh yeah, just found out from my hubby that he gets 10 days paid vacation, but he has to use it by the end of December. Looks like I will be taking some vacation too to spend time with my man and my daughter. I LOVE vacation! I do have some vacation time stocked up, and I get a week off from work during Christmas, so this will be perfect! I can't wait. I really want to head over to Disneyland with Madi so we can see all the decorations and take pictures by the Christmas tree. Doesn't that sound fun?
And this is for you Shalay....here are the pictures! All photos by Pamee's Photography:
