People....this is just fabulous

I have been dying to use this product since it came out last month.  It made me happy and I have a certain fascination with the word drainage....lol.

It is called the SeaSource Detox set and it is basically to revitalize your skin and body inside and out.  It is also formulated to rid your body of the toxins we often accumulate due to poor diet, lack of sleep, illnesses, chemicals we are exposed to etc.  A lot of time we shell out tons of money to go to a Day Spa and we only get one treatment.  I like this set because you can do it as much as needed and the products last you awhile.  Plus, you pay one price for the entire thing and you don't have to worry about calling for an appointment. (Well maybe just telling your hubby that it is time for some ME time!)

This set is fabulous....just fabulous.  It certainly feels like you spent some quality (and much needed) in a day spa!  If you buy the entire set here is what you get:

5 in 1 Massage oil (enough said ladies!)

Sea Mud Face and Body Mask

Foaming Sea Salt Scrub (fabulous)

Detoxifying Rescue Wash

Re-Mineralizing Body Lotion 24H

Fortifying Hair Masque

Renewing Body Gelee

Purifying Sea Soak (8 packets...just yummy)

Plus you get the Dry Brush to exfoliate your entire body....mmmmmm gonna do it again tonight!  Wait..that sounded wrong.  You ladies know what I mean!

Now for the price...$352.50 Retail Volume.  I know...it sounds really expensive!  I thought so too.  Buuuuttttt...you can get 35% off of your order if you sign up for a consultant membership.  And there are no restrictions. Sign up just to get the discount.  Think of it like Costco, Sam's Club etc.

So  there is my schpeal (sp?) for today.  I love Arbonne's products and I could brag about them all day long.  But I better go and get back to work.

Any questions, let me know!

Have a great Thursday everyone!

Gotta love goodies!

So yesterday, I didn't have to pick up Dan from work as he had evangelism training at the church and he was going to get a ride home.  So I picked up Madi from Daycare and stopped by my parent's house for a little bit.  My  mom is beginning her treatment for her Hepatitis C, so prayers for her are much appreciated!

After that, Madi and I headed over to my LSS and I decided to pick up some fabulous goodies that I have been dying to have.

Do you see the Pink Paislee goodness?  Oh yeah.  I am super excited.  Super.Excited.  I can't wait to play.  I have some projects that I need to work on this weekend. Hopefully, I will have some success with these layouts and it will help me be able to stay at home with Madi.  *smile*

And I also picked up some Heidi Swapp papers.  Delicious.  Fabulous!  Can't wait to use them as well.  And I am currently stalking the Papertrey Ink blog, because I am awaiting the release of their new stamps and colors.  I love that company.

Seasource_detox_spa_set

And Big NEWs in Arbonne!!! They have announced brand new products today.  I am so excited about the new Seasource Detox Spa set.  Doesn't that sound delicious?  I want that set.  I need a detox..and a spa treatment.

Vivacious_fyi

They have also added a new set for FYI (For Young Individuals).  I LOVE pink.  I love this company.  They are always coming out with fantastic stuff.  Love that.

Will update on Monday regarding our weekend.  Dan is preaching at all the main services so he is really excited.  I definitely feel that this gives him tons of experience in preaching at larger services and helping him grow in confidence.  He will hopefully start going back to school to finish his Bachelor's and then onto Masters in Theology.  I know he would love to pastor a church someday.  All in God's time.

Love!

The Arbonne Newsletter is now available!

Hi Guys!!!!  Our newsletter is now available.  If you have never heard of Arbonne...you are seriously missing out.  They have some of the best products in skin care on the market and they are botanically based.....and good for you in the long run.

I have a couple of obsessions with their products.  For my face, EVERYDAY, I take care of it with the NutriMinC RE9 Anti-aging skin care set.  FABULOUS! I am not joking.  It is even perfect for sensitive skin, which I know a lot of my clients have expressed concern over.

If I need a pick me up in the morning, I rinse in this delightful lemony fresh scent of a wash.  Arbonne carries aromatherapy because of the lasting and postive effects it can have on ones phsyquie and it also benefits your skin as well.  There is absolutely no mineral oil in their products because mineral oil is not needed, unless you are a burn victim trying to keep whatever moisture you have left in your body! I love it.  LOVE, LOVE LOVE it.

And the best lotion in the world? The NutriMinC RE9 REfinish Hydrating Lotion. I will only use this lotion.  I get extremely dry skin and this is the ONLY product that will hydrate me legs so that I don't look like the Tyrannesaures Rex.  Not a good look for me. And if I am feeling like I really want to be silky (and I want to get a little frisky with the DH) I apply the NutriMinC RE9 REactivating Body Serum before hand.  As soft as a baby's behind.  Smooth as silk.

Arbonne also carries Hair  care products, Color, Weight loss and nutrition.  One stop shopping. I love that.

Any questions?  Check out Arbonne under "Places I shop" or you can email me.  Am I totally plugging myself right now? Totally, but I am cool like that and I am just keeping it real!

Love to all of you!

Too much fun

I am seriously starting to love my weekends again. For awhile I wasn't taking the time to do things for myself after a long work week, and it was starting to take a toll on my family life and my attitude.  This is part of my New Year's Resolution to take care of my mind, my body and my spirit...and so far I am seeing some incredible improvements.

Anyway, Friday night I had an Arbonne party that went absolutely fabulous.  I had the girls watch part of a DVD by Krista Embry (model and makeup artist for over 20 years) and learn some cool tips on applying eye  shadow.  The girls then got to play with some of the makeup that Arbonne carries.  Seriously, I love their stuff and one young lady, a cute redhead, found her perfect shade of red.  So  much fun!  It is amazing what the right shade of red can do for your face and you could tell in her face she had found a little extra oomph in her confidence and  her appearance.  She  was already a cutie...but I do believe she loved the results.

Saturday was a much more relaxed day.  We kind of just hung out and watched some tv and I got to read for a little bit.  Later that evening, Dan gave me some free time and dropped me off at The Scrappin Table to hang out while he and Madi went grocery shopping.  He thinks he can do a better job than I can and to be honest, he is faster at it.  So now we have tons of food for this week (and perhaps next week too) and I have some new goodies from my new favorite store.    Can't wait to play while Dan is watching the Superbowl.  Oh yeah....did you forget that was today?  I didn't, but only because I was reminded 20 billion times that today was the superbowl.  ha! And yes, we do have some goodies for today too.  I mean you can scrap, I mean, watch the superbowl without good food!

Hope you all have a wonderful day.  I am going to try to clean up my  house a little bit before Dan gets home so he can feel comfy and relaxed and watch an exciting game.

I am seriously so stinking excited!

So I was going through my stash of scrapbook supplies and I realized...that I have far too much stuff and I have not used them.  So my hubby and I talked about my obsession with collecting the fabulous products and keeping a huge stash.  He complained that it was taking over our apartment and I need to sort through it and see if I can get rid of some.  Sooooo....

I will be having a RAK once a week for this month.  I seriously have so much stuff.  It is time to let someone else who will actually use it.....have it. LOL!  I will try to put something together tonight and post a picture of it tomorrow.  I will draw names on Sunday night!  Get ready!

Also, my Arbonne business is taking off and I am offering a really special discount to those interested.  One of my favorite products is the NutriMinC RE9 set (amazing anti-aging skincare) and it regularly retails for $298.50.  I am offering it to you for 50% off. That is an even better discount than what I get.  Seriously.  But you have to contact me in order to receive this discount.  Arbonne is not sponsoring this.  I am doing this for my loyal customers and consultants and now for you! Seriously take advantage of it.  Email me if you are interested!  It is for this month only! Don't miss out!

I love you all!

It's like Christmas all over again!

I checked my tracking for some recent purchases I made online and wouldn't you know...I am getting two of them today.  I LOVE that.  I love getting packages.  I LOVE shopping.

One of them is from Arbonne.....because I desperately needed some Vanilla shake and some more foundation and my favorite lotion in the whole wide world.  I just completely ran out after scraping the sides for the last few days.  Good thing  I am sick and I didn't need any makeup today....since I don't even care to OPEN the door to anyone but the UPS man.  Besides...he doesn't care what I look like.  His job is to deliver my packages.  That's it.

Second, my kit from Studio Calico.  I am super glad I signed up for a subscription...because these kits rock and they ALWAYS sell out.  So you gotta be fast kids.

Still hanging out at home and can I just tell you that I hate being sick.  Nothing is worse than being stuck inside.  My supervisor told me to buy the Get Well Soon remedy from Arbonne.  She says they really help you fight the cold.  Like Airborne....but better.  Gonna  go buy some.......

Peace and love

Free Burrito Thursday at Chipotle

Today me and my fellow co-workers headed over to the brand new Chipotle in town to grab some free grub.  I LOVE Chipotle.  If you have never eaten there, find out if there is one in your area....because it is delicious!

Was out sick yesterday from work so I wasn't able to post anything.  Also, my computer is broken at home so I have absolutely no access to my email, which I have found drives me nuts.  I am seriously addicted to the internet and I must check my email at least 5 times a day.  It is really sad actually.  I need to go to some kind of rehab for this. Well, actually, maybe not having a computer that works is rehab! Ha! Right Jan?!  So I tried to get some holiday shopping done via QVC...love that.  Oh and got to watch a little Oprah yesterday.  The adorable Nick Lachey performed his new single.  I was a little disappointed in the interview though.  I expect some answers to the following question:

What the heck happened to your marriage! Can I just say that I was devastated that they divorced?  Dan and I bought all of their DVD's for Newlyweds and I truly thought they would stay together forever!  I am not too sure I like his new girlfriend, but whatever...that isn't my business!  Well, actually his divorce isn't my business either..but dangit I am a fan...and I need some peace of mind so I can sleep peacefully.  Well...wait..I don't actually lose sleep over this...okay okay I am just nosy and I want to know! So yeah.....Oprah was good though.  The show was about the book by Mitch Albom: For One More Day. I am actually interested in reading this, along with Tuesdays with Morrie.  There is supposed to be a movie based on his book this Sunday night.  I am not sure I will be able to tune in due to college group on Sunday nights, but it sounds really good.  The show made me really emotional and made me appreciate and be thankful for the people I still have in my life and to constantly remember to tell them I love them....because you never know when you might not see them again.  Sad to think about really, but it is so true and I never want to regret that I didn't say I love you to someone and then they were gone.  Funny how the Holidays makes you think of those things.

Almost done with my Christmas shopping.  Did some shopping at the Apple Store in the mall, at Arbonne, Limited Too, the Disney Store and Home Depot.  I am really trying to get it all done by next week so that the presents will be wrapped and placed underneath our Christmas tree.  On December 14th, we are having a Christmas party for the the young adult staff at Knott.  I am so excited to have people over to our place.  We will have food and drinks and get dressed up and take tons of fun photos!

Will update more tomorrow.  Love you guys!

Rain, Rain go away

November_pictures_014 This is what we had to drive in this morning.  I am not a fan of rain.  I really, really hate the rain.  I know we need it, but I hate it.  Can I say I hate it enough?

Madi was pretty excited about it.  She kept saying "shower, shower" in the car.  She is so freaking cute I know!

On Wednesday night my friend hosted a Holiday Open House and it was so freaking fun! So fun that I didn't take any pictures.  But let me tell you about it.  So the party started at 7pm and I arrived a little early to help set up and get things ready so the girls could play with the products.  After they arrived and grabbed some grub, we had them sit down and went through a quick but thorough presentation about the products and the company.

The girls actually interacted and asked questions and were really interested!  I mean, they looked like they had fun!  We played a game (with chocolate of course) and anyone who asked a question about the products received one chocolate.  Anyone who asked a question about the business received two.   And our friend Liz won the game!  So we gave her a mini Aromatherapy Awaken body scrub....which by the way is delicious!

Anyway, the party was a blast and we had a good time and people got to shop and eat and pick out stuff that they wanted for Christmas.  I am hosting another one at my house on the 5th, so I will try to take pictures at that one too.  No promises anymore.  Apparently I suck at them.

Madison has fallen in love with the computer and I found her doing this:

November_pictures_001 Yes that is Forever21.com you see on my computer.  I guess they start young! Just kidding.  I was planning on placing an order with them but I walked away for a little bit and my daughter saw her chance!  For her I usually shop ath OldNavy.com for clothes.  They have $5 shipping no matter how big your order is, so I am all about ordering her clothes from there.  And they have some of the cutest things  I have EVER seen.  I want to get her some cute uggs to wear outside since it is so cold.  In fact I think I want some Ugg boots for myself.  Those things are cute and I am late to jump on the bandwagon.  Need to shop.

Stayed home yesterday with Madi since she had developed another cold after going to the Doctor's on Tuesday.  I swear, I really hate cold/flu season.  Because you know that once Madi gets a cold, it is only a matter of time before mommy gets a cold.  And that sucks.  Because I cannot funtion at all when I am sick.  All I want to do is sleep and I can't, because I have too many things to do! Aaaaargh.  I am already getting upset just thinking about it.

Oh yeah, just found out from my hubby that he gets 10 days paid vacation, but he has to use it by the end of December.  Looks like I will be taking some vacation too to spend time with my man and my daughter.  I LOVE vacation!  I do have some vacation time stocked up, and I get a week off from work during Christmas, so this will be perfect!  I can't wait.  I really want to head over to Disneyland with Madi so we can see all the decorations and take pictures by the Christmas tree.  Doesn't that sound fun?

And this is for you Shalay....here are the pictures! All photos by Pamee's Photography:
