I can't believe I am 15 weeks along already. I feel like this pregnancy is absolutely flying by. Pretty soon I will be at the halfway mark and then Baby Boy Harper will be here before we know it!
I have another Doctor appointment tomorrow afternoon at 1:30pm...although I am thinking this may be my last appointment with this doctor. I had expressed my concerns awhile ago regarding this doctor and I finally got the courage to contact the Southcoast Midwives for a free consultation. I really, really want to have an unmedicated birth and from the looks of it...I might not have that much support from this doctor in achieving that. So I am hoping this appointment goes well and that they are able to answer all of our questions (Dan is going with me). I want to be absolutely sure that I have the right team with me when I go into labor. So your prayers are much appreciated.
I have been hearing some amazing things from ministries lately. Generate just had 1500 people show up to the group on Wednesday night and had 50 decisions! Our group came back in full swing with close to 60 people and we had someone make a decision with Dan after the group. God is totally moving across Southern California, as well as other parts of the country. It is awesome to be apart of it! I am so thankful that God allows Dan and I to see His hand in the ministries and in churches. We are so blessed and are just in awe of what He is doing in the lives of so many. Those who are hurting, searching, needing a void filled in their lives. It is being filled by the everlasting promise of our Savior. The promise that we shall see eternity if we trust Him as Savior. It absolutely brings me to tears just writing about this.
I hope that 2009 is so far turning out to be a grace-filled and wonderful year. Granted it is only the 15th and we have many days ahead of us in 2009 so far. But I have been extremely excited about what 2009 will bring for the Harper family. Madi turns 3 in April, Baby Boy Harper will be here sometime in July and my sister Sheena is getting married on September 20th, 2009! Oh man we are so excited for her!
I will leave you with a picture of adorable Madi playing with her dolls that she got for Christmas. She cracks me up. I love that she is already starting to use her imagination. Priceless.
Tiff~
Good luck with your appt tomorrow! I saw a midwife with all three of my pregnancies and absolutley loved her! She works in a practice with OBs, and I still had a standard hospital delivery w/an epi (my choice, lol!) but I always felt like she spent a lot of time with me and I really trusted her.
