Happy Halloween!

Our family doesn't really celebrate Halloween, although we do take the time to dress up and check out some of the fun festivals that are nearby.  Madi is still too young to really get any candy for herself, so maybe I should coerce her to go around and grab some for me.  Then I can help "test" them. Hee Hee!

I hope each and everyone of you are safe tonight and have a great time whatever you do.  Whether you choose to cozy up by the fireplace and watch scary movies or go out with the kiddos, may you remember to be thankful for the moments you have together and to just enjoy the time.  We are going to visit my parents in Diamond Bar and show off Madi in her adorable Sleeping Beauty costume.  I apologize for not having a picture of her, but I haven't been able to stage a photo shoot. She is quite the diva *wink*. I wonder who she gets that from?

I want to leave you with a passage today that I read in my devotions.  I find myself often fascinated by the elections and everything else in the world right now.  And I happen to enjoy watching Access Hollywood....because well you know I love the clothes. LOL.  So this passage reaffirmed me and reminded me of who I am to keep my eye upon.

"We know that an idol is nothing at all in the world and there is no God but one. For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as indeed there are many "gods" and many "lords"), yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live." 1 Corinthian 8:4b-6

Have a blessed evening my friends!

Tiff~
